Specials

Emergency Services will be provided for homes or businesses that were damaged due to accidents or vandalism. If you prefer, we will temporarily secure any metal structure at a cost. We will do our best to find solutions toward any problems that may appear.

Everything we fix or repair carries an unlimited warranty that covers labor and materials for as long as you own your property.

We will come to your property to repair or adjust any such repaired items free of charge within 48 hours after you notify us of the problem. In the event of an emergency we will respond within 24 hours or so.

This warranty does not cover the following:

• Acts of God
• Abuse or neglect
• Terrorism
• Vandalism
• Accidents involving vehicles
• Improper preventive maintenance 

• Property owners 65 years or older will be given special price considerations.
• Extended services involving outside of the Chicagoland area are available by appointment only.
